Tomorrow starts production week for High Button Shoes.
Like she said, it will be a grueling four days of fusing dance steps, catchy melodies, precise punchlines, and quick entrances with lights, sound, and a pit orchestra.
I am so excited, but there's just one drawback. I've lost my voice. And that stinks.
My job today was to rest my poor vocal chords, but if you know me, you know that's no easy task. I'm praying that by Friday night, at seven-thirty I can belt out "The Getaway Ballet" without a problem.
So if you hear me chatting excessively....you have my permission to tell me to be quiet.

YES! Does said given permission still stand on Friday? Cause that's when I'll be home and I would LOVE the opportunity to utilize that command.
hmmmm. . . on the other hand. . . i take that back. you can talk and talk and talk and talk and i'll listen to every word--it's not everybody who gets to live with the funniest boy in the world!
